- Service Description
Super Susan offers a lead management and engagement platform for kitchen and bath remodelers, featuring AI-driven communication, automated follow-ups, and analytics. This Service supports outgoing and incoming calls, text messaging, AI messages, and emails within the specified limits.
- Service Limitations and Fees
Your plan includes a generous allowance for communications and messaging to support effective lead management and engagement:
System Charges:
The plan covers allowances for up to 680 outgoing calls OR 1125 incoming calls OR 1205 text messages OR 100 AI messages OR 14285 emails. Overuse charges are as follows: $0.0007/min for outgoing calls, $0.0004/min for incoming calls, $0.0015 per AI message, $0.0007 per email, and $0.0004/message for text messages.
- Personal Information We Collect
When you visit our site, we automatically collect Device Information such as web browser details, IP address, and cookies. Additionally, for purchases, we collect Order Information including your name, billing and shipping details, payment information, email address, and phone number.
- Use of Personal Information
Order Information is used to fulfill orders, communicate with you, and screen for fraud. Device Information helps us to improve our site and screen for potential risk and fraud.
- Sharing Your Personal Information
